Alyssa Putman

Alyssa Putman is a behavioral health consultant and healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience in mental health, substance use disorder treatment, healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement.

As a Lead Consultant, Alyssa partners with behavioral health organizations to improve operations, strengthen compliance, enhance quality outcomes, and build sustainable systems for growth. Her experience spans outpatient mental health services, substance use disorder treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric services, and integrated healthcare organizations.

Throughout her career, Alyssa has held executive and senior leadership roles overseeing behavioral health hospitals, treatment programs, and multi-service healthcare organizations. She has led startup programs, accreditation and licensing initiatives, organizational turnarounds, strategic growth efforts, and large-scale operational improvement projects.

Alyssa specializes in accreditation readiness, licensing compliance, performance improvement, policy and procedure development, program development, leadership support, and operational strategy. Known for her collaborative and practical approach, she works closely with leadership teams to implement solutions that improve organizational effectiveness while maintaining a strong focus on quality care and regulatory excellence.

Alyssa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Saint Francis, and also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
