Rhonda Weber

Ms. Weber is the President and CEO of Brown Consulting, Ltd., where she is responsible for all contracts and services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Speech Communications from the University of Toledo (1994) and is a licensed and ordained Pastor who received her professional degree through the Word of Faith School of Ministry (2003) in Southfield, Michigan. Before leading Brown Consulting, Ltd., Ms. Weber served honorably in the United States Marine Corps in Communications and held a top-secret clearance. She was honorably discharged from service in 1990. 

With over 25 years of experience as an administrator and more than 21 years of direct service in the behavioral health industry, she offers expertise across an array of special projects, start-ups, analysis, regulatory compliance, corporate compliance, operations management, human resources, and marketing.  She has held executive leadership, business development, and operational management roles, as well as various consulting and marketing positions across the public, private, non-profit, and for-profit sectors.  Industry media has recognized her for her advertising design. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to the Boards of Directors for several non-profit and for-profit organizations, demonstrating a commitment to serving her community and strengthening behavioral health service delivery.
